As a very recent successful seller of my home in Cedar Ridge (outside of Sonora) using Mike Morales as my Realtor, I could not be more pleased with the services he provided.
We started (the process) with a five to six week delay for the listing because of COVID-19 related requirements. Then an early offer was accepted and later withdrawn by the buyer, followed by my move to an out of state location, additional unexpected repair work while being an absentee owner, and then a sale with an extended 50 plus day escrow. All of this transpired within 4 months from start to finish.
Mike hand held and walked me through each challenge and kept me abreast of the changing circumstances. He always responded to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend his services.
